    No, we do not have a bandwidth quota. Users may upload and download as much as they want

Connection

I am unable to connect to Zajoul Net. What seems to be the problem?
    Problem can be from different causes:
  • Check your connections: is the DSL socket connected to your phone socket in the wall? and is the Internet or Link socket connected to your Ethernet socket in your computer?
  • Check your username: Have you mistyped it?
  • Check your password: Have you mistyped it? did you take notice to the upper case / lower case sensitive letters?
  • Check your firewall settings: Are they on High or blocking all internet connections?
  • Check you modem: Is it turned off?

  • If you are sure that all of the above is working, please give Technical support a call on 920-000-820

Payment

  • Can I use a credit card other than Visa or Master Card?
    Currently only Visa and Master Card are supported.

  • What is SambaConnect?
    For Samba customers, they can pay directly from their accounts by entering their Samba username and password.

Plans

  • Can I change my plan type & speed in the middle of the old plan cycle? Example: I have a 256kbps plan for 1 month. Can I change it to 128kbps on day 15?
    Yes, but you can only upgrade your plan & not downgrade it.

  • Zajoul Net Refill Cards
    Zajoul Net DSL features allow the user to choose the speed and intervals he needs regardless of the category of the card he has as long as his account balance covers the cost of the service he wants to get. To log on to Zajoul Net, the user can visit the website www.zajoulnet.com and follow the instructions to open a free account and then he can start loading his account balance that will allow him to choose the speed and the intervals he wishes and the cost will be deducted from his account. Moreover, the user can at any time increase his balance by buying more Zajoul Net Refill cards to load his account.


  • Zajoul Net Prepaid Cards
    Zajoul Net Prepaid cards come with ready-to-use username and password. No activation is needed for these type of cards. All you have to do is to configure the modem with the username and password and enjoy Zajoul Net experience. Optionally, You can benefit from extra free days if you sign up through http://signup.zajoulnet.com

Account Management

  • If my account already has money in it, can I add to it?
    Yes. You can add as much money as you need to your account.

  • If I have added money to my account through a PIN, can I add to it through a credit card or SambaConnect?
    Yes. You can mix the methods of how you add money to your account.

  • Is it possible to freeze my account and how?
    Yes it's possible through account management. Currently, you can only freeze any service you have only once.

  • If I subscribe to more than one service, is it possible to use each of them on separate DSL modems?
    Yes, but only if the services have different speeds.

  • Where can I purchase the Zajoul Net Starter Kit?
    You can purchase Zajoul Net Starter Kit at all branches of Jarir Bookstore & Obeikan Bookstore as well as through store.zajoulnet.com.
  • What do I need in order to use Zajoul Net Starter Kit?
    All you need is an active DSL line. If you do not have a DSL line, you need to call STC on 907.
  • What is the advantage if buying the Zajoul Net Starter Kit?
    Zajoul Net Starter Kit is a preconfigured plug & play modem. You never need to configure it. You also can perform all your voice calls from it.
  • Can I use the Zajoul Net Starter Kit with another ISP?
    No. The Zajoul Net Starter Kit is built specifically for use with Zajoul Net only.
  • I completed registration on Zajoul Net website, what is next step?
    The modem will auto-reboot as per the instructions. After that, you will be able to browse the internet & do all your voice calls through it.
  • Can I complete registration without using Zajoul Net connection?
    No. Registration must be done with Zajoul Net Starter Kit through a Zajoul Net connection.
  • Is there a way to access the configuration of Zajoul Net Starter Kit?
    No. You cannot access Zajoul Net Starter Kit configuration. Everything is preconfigured for you.
  • How do I setup my username and password?
    Your username & password are configured the first time you connect the Zajoul Net Starter Kit. You will be redirected to a page where you set up all your account information.
  • Does Zajoul Net Starter Kit come with a warranty?
    Yes. Zajoul Net Starter Kit comes with a 1 year warranty.

Data

  • I have connected Zajoul Net Starter Kit to my PC for the first time. What should I do now?
    Try to access any webpage from your browser. You will be redirected to a signup page where you can register a new user.
  • I cannot open any page from my browser.
    1- Please make sure that your IP settings on your network card are set to: "Obtain an IP address automatically". After that is configured, you must make sure that you have an IP in the following format: 10.0.0.x. You can do that by going to Start-> Run-> cmd in Windows machine. After that, enter the following command: "ipconfig". Check the following:
    IP Address is in the following format: 10.0.0.x.
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway: 10.0.0.2
    2- Please make sure that the DSL line is connected to the "ADSL" port on the back of the modem and NOT the "Phone" port.
  • My data account has finished. How can I refill it?
    You can refill your data account through Zajoul Net Refill cards available all over the Kingdom. Please click here to view the list.

  • What types of phones can I connect to Zajoul Net Starter Kit?
    You can connect any type of phone to Zajoul Net Starter Kit.
  • If my data account is expired, can I still make voice calls?
    Yes. Your voice account is independent from your data account.
  • I have no more balance in my voice account. How can I refill it?
    You can refill your voice account through Zajoul Net Refill cards.
